What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Recommend solutions and system improvements
- Document work and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC Technician experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to be a team player
