Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals
- Support senior installers with tools, materials, and job site preparation
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Prantl Heating | Cooling
Qualifications:
- No experience required—willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC trade school or technical training is a plus
